Description

The Oetiker Stepless narrow band concentrates the transmission of clamping force into a uniform compression and surface pressure. The clamp ear compensates for component intolerances with adjustable surface pressure whilst the dimple increases the clamping force with a spring-effect compensating for changes in diameter caused by thermal expansion. The specially formed strip edges reduce risk of damage to clamped parts.

In times set by automotive corporation giving us their products but 'No rights to repair' for car owners in North America, sometimes it's difficult to find proper parts. HCL is a good outlet go find proper clamps, especially for CV axels repair. Shipping price to Canada came out astronomical, room for improvement is here. Otherwise, thanks for the service.

I shopped for ratchet clamps until I found HCL for what I needed for my aquarium hoses. I needed small qty (10-15) ea of a few Norma Cobra clamp sizes. Not only is it great to find a stocking distributor in the US but so convenient to sell direct and in less than bulk qty. Cobra clamps are a superior full circumference hose clamp for many applications esp automotive where I find them durable and aesthetic compared to worm drive and keystone crimp type alternatives. I will buy more from HCL soon now that their great service has come through.

I found this company after searching high and low for Oetiker clamps to repair a dishwasher. Standard worm clamps were too wide and kept leaking. The problem I was having was sites like Amazon have large quantities of these clamps for sale and I don't want to go into the clamp business. I needed a total of 4 clamps in 2 different sizes, not 20 of each size. HCL's website was easy to navigate. I found the sizes I needed and ordered them. I had them in a few days. Prices for the clamps and shipping were very reasonable. I was able to repair this dishwasher for $10. They have a customer for life and I plan on ordering more clamps in the near future for some maintenance on my boat! They have every style of clamp you will ever need.
