Next Day Delivery
Note for the coming week, our offices are closed August 3rd-10th. Orders of stock placed after 2pm on the 2nd August will be dispatched on 11th or 12th August.
For orders placed after 11th August, we will be back to normal: all our shop products are shipped by UPS. Orders received over the weekend and public holidays will be despatched the next working day. UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box address.
Orders received over the weekend will be despatched Monday.
Your Pack Shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Changing or Cancelling an Order

Please have your order number and the date of when you ordered available. If your products have already been delivered, please see our returns policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return a product to us and we will be happy to refund or exchange the item providing it is on a fully resalable condition. Products should be returned in the original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of the purchase date.
Due to the technical nature of some of our products, goods returned as faulty may have to undergo extensive testing. This may delay the acceptance of the return and any subsequent credit or exchange. Customers seeking continuity of supply can purchase a replacement immediately and then the cost of any goods deemed faulty by HCL Fasteners Corporation will then be credited to compensate the new purchase.
If a returned product is not in a fully resalable condition, HCL Fasteners Corporation reserves the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct 20% of the original selling price from the refund.
HCL Fasteners Corp will refund the price of the item(s) within 2-3 working days of receipt of the goods by us from the buyer, or to exchange the product(s) depending on your preference.
A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
