Tridon Zero Leak O-Clamps: Stepless Ear Clamps

Tridon Zero Leak O-clamps are stepless ear-type clamps — a smooth band formed into a complete circle with no overlap step on the inner surface, providing 360° uniform contact. Available in two band widths:

This fills a specific niche: connections where the standard PA66 polymer Ezyclik is not appropriate (chemical resistance, temperature, or regulatory requirement excludes polymer) but where the low-profile snap-fit geometry and tool-free installation are still required — tight engine bay spaces, confined appliance cavities, or medical device connections requiring metal but not permitting a standard screwdriver tool for worm drive installation.
